a crazy mayor of Russetville decides to reunite two towns that were split during the civil war. He invades the other town. takes over. bans the playing of any Bread music. among other things.
the hero is a guy (moses) who is paid to be an "active listener" like a therapist. his daughter falls for a soldier from the other town.
moses married the woman who the crazy mayor loved.
make it so it is a commentary on regieme change and war.
absurd
hijinks ensue
